Testimonials

“I had become hopeless about feeling good in my life.”

“I had become hopeless about ever feeling good in my life or ever losing all the extra pounds. I was done. Karen Hyden’s consultation with me was personal and specific. She ‘got’ me immediately. Karen put me on a course that was specifically designed for me.
Within six weeks I was off all prescription allergy and acid reflux meds, and I had as much energy as I’d had in my twenties. That first appointment literally changed my life.”

About Wellness Solutions of Tennessee

Featuring Prompt Mental Health Services Appointments Supervised by a Psychiatrist in Middle Tennessee

Wellness Solutions of Tennessee LLC (WSTN) was created to provide a faster alternative to receiving premium mental health care and to provide better education and counseling for optimal care.

Submit a mental health inquiry to our Middle Tennessee counselors.

We are an affiliate of Wellness Solutions, Inc. (WSI), Tennessee’s premier provider of medical and psychiatric care to residents of long-term care and assisted living facilities. Since 2005, WSI has provided over 150,000 patient visits in over 40 facilities throughout Tennessee.

So why use WSTN? Too often people wait weeks to see their provider. Then they wait sometimes an hour or more to be seen.

Prompt medical and psychiatric care under direction of our collaborating psychiatrist. We understand that your time and psychiatry-related issues are of the utmost importance. You are not going to have to wait to see our therapists, counselors, or nurse practitioners – we strive to provide much faster mental health appointments. In most cases we can see you in our Nashville or other offices within one week or less. Our provider will see you promptly upon your arrival. Clinical oversight and collaboration is provided by Middle Tennessee Psychiatrist John W. Cain II, MD.

Lifestyle transitions / education / counseling - We also aid with lifestyle transitions which often occur as a result of a change in medical or psychiatric status. This includes all family members and caregivers. As additional services, we can provide nutritional and exercise regimen consultations to provide you the best treatment options possible.

Request a nutrition or exercise consultation.

Easy access care - We are not in a huge medical plaza with parking levels.

Our Nashville office is conveniently located two blocks north of I-440 on 21st Avenue with street level - easy access, free parking. Our other offices are very accessible too.

We simplify your mental health care by communicating your treatment to your primary care provider and any other professionals you designate. We will file your insurance or help you get it done.

Our providers are experienced in an array of services that support the individual and entire family.
