MURFREESBORO – February 9, 2012: Wellness Solutions of Tennessee moved its patient services office in Murfreesboro to the SunTrust Bank Building located in Historic Downtown Murfreesboro one block east of the Square. The new office is located at 201 East Main Street, Suite 470, Murfreesboro, TN 37130.
Jason M. Tallman, PMHNP, BC – Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner – oversees all mental health patient services and medication management for Wellness Solutions in Murfreesboro. Jason is a 2007 graduate of Vanderbilt University’s psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner program and has extensive experience providing inpatient and outpatient services for clients of all ages.

NASHVILLE – January 11, 2012: Wellness Solutions of Tennessee continues to expand its patient services in Nashville by adding the following additional psychiatric and medical services providers in December 2011.
John E. Burkhardt II, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides neuro-cognitive and psychological assessments along with individual and group psychotherapy to children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. He has a strong interest in sports psychology especially as it relates to golf and ice hockey. John holds certifications in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) and Health Information Portability Privacy Act (HIPPA) as well as affiliations with American Psychological Associations, Neuroscience Education Institute, the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies and the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
Jennifer Nichols DeHaven, MSN, APN, PMHNP-BC, a board certified family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee College of Arts and Sciences in 1997 before receiving her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2007. She received both the Kathleen S. Nelson Scholarship and the Nightingale Scholarship from Vanderbilt University. Following graduation, she earned a National Health Service Corps award through the Department of Health and Human Services.
Jennifer’s primary focus is on providing psychiatric mental health for a wide range of patients. She most recently worked extensively with the Comprehensive Counseling Network performing psychiatric evaluations and medication management services. She has more than six years of clinical experience and holds board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in family psychiatric & mental health.
Karen F. Hyden, APN-BC, MSN, M.Ed is a board certified women’s health nurse practitioner with a primary focus on Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). Her focus integrates a combination of traditional and natural medicines that help prevent illness while restoring health to give women power over their bodies.
Karen earned a Master of Education in Applied Child Studies and her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2008. Since that time, she has worked as a nurse practitioner in several family practice clinics across Middle Tennessee. |

NASHVILLE – January 13, 2012: Wellness Solutions Inc. continues its commitment to the Nashville community by providing more than $40,000 in pro bono medical and mental health care services in long-term care facilities in 2011. “We remain committed to the scope of our pro bono efforts. Wellness Solutions was founded to help serve the mental health and medical needs of the patients living in long-term care facilities, and it gratifies us to reach more individuals in need throughout our community,” stated, Laura Reaves, President of Wellness Solutions. More than 4,500 patients have received over $370,000 in services through Wellness Solutions’ pro bono work since its founding in 2005. |
